• Chat assistant: if you use the chat widget on our site, we collect the messages you send, along with your name, email, company and any details you share about your project, so our team can follow up.

We do not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website. Some third-party embeds described below (Calendly, Cloudflare Turnstile) may set their own strictly-necessary cookies to function.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and follow up on the services you've asked about.
• To operate the chat assistant, including generating a helpful reply and recording qualified leads in our CRM.
• To improve our website and services.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Third parties we work with

To provide our services, information you submit may be processed by:

• Salesforce — our CRM, used to store and manage leads and enquiries submitted through the contact form and chat assistant.
• Anthropic — the provider of the Claude AI model that powers our chat assistant. Messages you send to the chat assistant are processed by Anthropic's API in order to generate a response.
• Cloudflare — our hosting provider, and the provider of Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving bot-verification check used to protect the chat assistant from abuse.
• Calendly — used to power the booking calendar on our contact page, if you choose to book a meeting.

Each of these providers processes information under its own privacy policy and security practices.

Data retention

We retain enquiry and lead information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain our business records, or as required by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
